What It Is

The profile itself, corrected and then watched.

Categories chosen on Google's own rule — what the business is, not what it has — checked against what's ranking in local search results, not guessed at. Services and description filled in completely, and hours kept current, including holidays.

Then it is watched, which is the part that makes it hold. A public profile changes underneath you — anyone can suggest an edit and Google applies some of them automatically — and nobody gets notified when it goes wrong.

It is not the full local SEO build. Service pages, citations and on-site work belong to Local SEO; this is the profile on its own.

What's Included

Who It’s For

A profile that already exists and has quietly gone wrong.

A business whose listing was set up once — by an owner, a previous agency, or Google itself — and hasn't been looked at since. The symptoms are usually a category that reverted, hours that went stale over a holiday, or reviews sitting unanswered for months.

If the rest of the local picture needs work too, this is already the first thing Local SEO touches, and buying it on its own doesn't save anything.

This fits

  • A listing set up once and not looked at since
  • A category that reverted, or hours that went stale
  • Reviews sitting unanswered for months
  • A business that doesn't need the full local SEO scope

This doesn’t

  • Wanting the business name stuffed with services or a city
  • Wanting reviews bought or gated
  • Needing service pages and citations too — that's Local SEO

Nobody gets notified when a public profile changes underneath them. That's the whole reason this is a weekly job and not a one-time fix.

Working Together

This is the profile-specific piece of the Local SEO retainer, not a separate invoice — most of the time, fixing a struggling profile is the first thing Local SEO work touches anyway.

Ask About Local SEO

What we need

  • Read access to Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and the profile — never a password
  • Your lead count for last month, and where it came from

What you own, and what happens if you leave

  • Every account in your name — GA4 Administrator, Search Console Owner, Tag Manager admin
  • Transferred in writing, with screenshots and a handover of where everything lives
  • Access handed back the same week, not at the end of a notice period
  • Nothing held back, nothing to buy back
