Pay Per Lead, Not Per Click
Local Services Ads Setup
Google Verified screening handled correctly the first time, so a rejected application doesn't cost weeks.
Google's screening, handled start to finish.
Google's screening, run once and run correctly — a job with a beginning and an end, not a subscription. The order matters more than the paperwork does. An eligibility check before anything is filed; documents gathered before submission rather than after a rejection.
It ends when the ads go live. After that the levers are different from a search account: service area and job types set tightly enough that the wrong leads don't arrive, the lead feedback survey filled in on every lead, and the billing reconciled against jobs you actually booked.
It is not a subscription. Setup is a one-time fixed fee for a job that finishes, and it does not recur.
What's Included
The application itself, start to finish — and the configuration that decides which leads you get billed for once it's approved.
- One-time fee
- $950
- Roughly
- 6–10 hrs
- Recurs
- Never
- Google bills
- Per lead
Licensed trades whose leads arrive by phone.
Local Services Ads only exist for certain job categories, and they only pay off where a call turns into a booked job at a decent rate. That makes them a fit for licensed home services. It also makes them a poor fit for any business that can't answer the phone — an unanswered lead is still a billed lead.
They run alongside Search campaigns, not instead of them. If the ads are worth running past setup, the ongoing work gets scoped into the engagement rather than sold as a separate subscription.
This fits
- A licensed trade in an eligible job category
- Someone who answers the phone — an unanswered lead is still billed
- Already running Search campaigns, or about to
- Home services across Florida
This doesn’t
- A category Google doesn't run Local Services Ads for
- Expecting refunds on bad leads — disputes ended in 2024
- Wanting ongoing management inside the base Search retainer
Google removed manual lead disputes in 2024. Leads outside your service area or your job types aren't credited at all anymore, so the work is prevention rather than refunds.
Working Together
$950, once, ending the day the ads go live — it isn't a retainer line and it doesn't come back next month. See full pricing.
